Rules are important! Here are a few of mine:
- Don’t eat after 7:00pm
- Drink a full glass of water before each meal, take a sip between every bite
- Take a shot of apple cider viniger before eating
- Never eat anything bigger than a cup
- Drink a glass of water every hour
- Don’t eat while cooking
- When you are feeling a craving, dance, go ! Anything to take your mind off it
- Every night look at yourself in the mirror and pinch all your fat
- Always leave one bite left on plate
- Only eat in front of others
